Imagine the situation: you have to send a file to someone RIGHT NOW, but you don’t remember his/her e-mail or any other contacts. Clam down because 4Sync took care of it! Now we have a new feature that simplifies the process of file sharing.

To find the list of your 4Sync friends you have to do the following:

1. Click «Share»
2. Choose «Invited members»
3. Click on this icon

4. In the «Contacts» list you will find:

• Accounts of friends already registered on 4Sync.

• Your Facebook contacts (to activate this option you should connect 4Sync to your 4Sync account).

• Contacts of people with whom you’ve ever exchanged 4sync files via e-mail.

Folder access settings are simple:
• Choose from the list or write the name of the person whom you want share file with;
• Click on the name;
• It will be added to the general list;
• Click «Invite».

If you share files via Facebook, the recipient will be notified: “* name * has sent you a 4Sync request”.

Invite friends to 4Sync

Using 4Sync with pleasure? No one of your friends has ever heard of this cloud storage? Do you want all your friends found out what this 4Sync cloud storage is all about? It’s time to tell everyone about 4Sync. We offer you Invite friends feature.
It is located in the Settings section.

Having clicked on it you can connect to your Facebook account and invite your contacts to the 4Sync cloud. Click connect:

Here you can put a check mark next to those names that you need. Each of your friends will get a private message asking to join 4Sync.

Small tip: You can check whether your friend accepted an invitation to join 4Sync or not. There is an actual status under each name.

Having clicked on the link, your friend has to fill in the registration form. Then you’ll be able to exchange files and use collaborative folders together.
