This post will be useful for pupils and students.

I perfectly understand problems which most of students face.
Cramming and sleepless nights before exams, solving problems…ha, have been there! But there is something that I regret about. With all my heart I would like to have 4Sync at college. There are some reasons for this:
1. I lost few projects because forgot to copy them.
2. I had to come back home from college just because I forgot my work on a kitchen table.
3. Students didn’t have a simple way to exchange photos and documents, except e-mail.
But your college life can become much easier! Learn from my mistakes and use 4Sync to facilitate your study!

I won’t tell you about how to install 4Sync. I just want to share some tips with you. So, how to study with 4Sync?
Students usually exchange various laboratory works, tasks, textbooks, homework and other documents with one another and with teachers. It happens at university, but more often such files are sent simply via e-mail, ICQ or uploaded to hosting services. But sometimes there is an urgent need to send something to your friend. And what if he/she is offline? What to do? In such cases I suggest to use 4Sync. It allows to store your files on the external server, whence you can upload anything without problems.
So, to make long story short, to exchange information with your mates it is necessary to do following:

One of the students (may be you?) has to log in on 4Sync and create a shared folder. You will use it for mutual uploading.

How to create a collaborative folder?

1) Right-click on the folder;

2) Choose sharing and security;

3) Go to “Permissions” section;
4) Put tick near “Upload files” in “Upload” section and near “Moderator” in “Files action folder” and Save changes.

Now all is set. Your folder is ready for collaborative work.  You can exchange files!

What advantages you get while working with 4Sync:

• file exchange process is extremely easy. That allows not to waste time for transferring files.
• If the necessary person is offline, files can be downloaded from the server (certainly if this person backs up them from time to time).

Use the advantages of the actual service.
Do you have any other ways of keeping your files with you? Let us know by leaving a comment!

Read our blog and stay with 4Sync! Bye!
